At Pedalz, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back on the road with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pedalz account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
